Waterford Township Announces Planned Destination Project

November 14, 2006 - Jim Trobaugh and Ginny Sherrow attended the first of three community
workshops for Waterford Township's "Planned Destination" master plan.  The objective of this project
is to successfully redevelop this economically important area of the Township.  The "Planned
Destination" area consists of 246 acres of land focusing primarily on the Summit Place Mall, Summit
Crossing, and Summit North retail area.  Master Radiator is included in the Planned Destination area.

Master Radiator strongly encourages you to visit Waterford Township's Community Planning &
Development website (Planned Destination) for further details.  There will be two more community
workshops prior to finalizing the plan - currently scheduled for January 2007 and March 2007 at the
Oakland Community College - Highland Lakes Campus.  Please join Master Radiator in being a part
of this important redevelopment of Waterford Township

The Planned Destination will have a significant impact to all businesses and residents that are
located in the redevelopment area.  The consultants for this project are currently taking ideas from the
community about what they would like to see in the area.  If you have ideas for the area, please email
Master Radiator and we will forward them to the planning committee.
Travis Cronk heads off to the University of Northwestern Ohio

August 2006 - After interning for us during the 2005 and 2006 summers, thanks to a partnership with
the Waterford Mott High School Auto Shop, Travis heads off to UNO to study Automotive Technology!
Travis started with only a training permit upon coming aboard with us in May 2005 and within 12
months gained his certification in Auto Heating and Air Conditioning, Auto Brakes and Braking
Systems, and Auto Front End and Steering through the State of Michigan and very hard work.  Way to
    go Travis!

Thank you, Travis for all your hard work and
                                                                                                        dedication. Good luck at UNO!

Construction hits our street.

August 2006 - Even our road got a face lift this summer.  Carpenter Court was repaved this month,
allowing for a smoother entry to our parking lot and ample parking for our customers alongside our
building.  The road commission was fast and considerate on this job; finishing within a week and
listening to our feedback and suggestions along the way.

Michael Dewan retires after almost 26 years with Master Radiator

November 2005 - Mike Dewan began his
journey with Master Radiator in 1980 and
his last day came far too soon for all of us.
After almost 26 years, we are truly going
to miss his presence in the shop.  His
many years of service and dedication to the
well being of Master Radiator will not be
forgotten.  For without him Master Radiator
would not be what it is today…Thank you
Mike for all your hard work over the years
and may your future be filled with happiness
    and prosperity!
Master Radiator talks about keeping cool in your Jag!

June 8, 2005 - Mike Dewan and Ginny Sherrow were invited to attend the Jaguar of Michigan (JAGM)
Club Meeting as guest speakers.  Held at G Subu’s Leather Bottle in Livonia, on yet another steamy
summer evening, Mike and Ginny addressed many concerns about keeping cool over the summer.
Over 30 JAGM attendees got an opportunity to ask their various questions and discuss related topics.
The presentation covered many aspects of heating & cooling systems, air conditioning system, and
gas tank repair.  Everyone had a great time as well as learned something new.
